Walter is a multi-engine, instrument rated pilot who has been employed in the fuel industry for the past 20 years. He spent eleven of those years managing a corporte jet service center at the Houston Intercontinental Airport. He later managed a multi state territory for a major ail company servicing the fuel needs of FBO's and corporate operators. He frequently speaks for ASTM, SAE and PAMA on fuel quality products.
Reed has been working at the Ascent Aviation Group since 2001 where he has refined the skills he acquired during 3 years of service on the line. As Equipment Director and the Ascent/Phillips 66 Quality Control Officer, Reed has been exposed to many of the infinite wisdoms of the industry, including those that are hidden in the dark corners of aviation. "NATA and their LSST/Safety 1st program has been a tremendous learning forum for me, first as an attendee, then fielding questions from FBO operators as a presenter. I encourage anyone looking to expand their fueling expertise and managerial skills to attend". James Howard Gammon James attended the Newark College of Engineering and has worked full-time in the family business since 1976. As President, he is responsible for all operations, including manufacturing, engineering and sales. He has participated in the LSST for over 12 years and has given in excess of 150 seminars worldwide on aviation fuel quality control. He is a member of ASTM and of the ATA-103 committee, and airline fuel standards group. Gammon Technical Products personnel chair or sit on committees for SAE, CRC, NFPA, ASTM, API, ATA and with several others. This represents virtually all standards groups for aviation fuel and fuel handling equipment worldwide. He has been an employee of one of the leading aviation filtration manufacturers, Velcon Filters since 1993. During this time, Rick has been involved in manufacturing, testing and marketing of aviation fuel filtration equipment. years in the mountains of Virginia where he grew up and was educated.
After being certified as a Dale Carnegie instructor, Frank's HR career
moved forward to the level of Senior Vice President of the oldest national
Human Resource consulting firm in the U.S. During the 7 years in this
capacity, he managed and facilitated client representation on over 300
wage and hour and EEOC cases. For the past 9 years, Frank has been seeking
new and innovative ways to serve clients through an integrated approach
to payroll, benefit, and HR administration. Currently, MoneyWise Solutions
is serving over 300 clients by processing over $200 million in payroll
and managing over $100 million in retirement investments.

Biobor JF was the original fuel biocide developed and approved for aviation use in the mid 60's. Carl Hammonds was involved in the original meeting with McDonald Douglas and worldwide aircraft users in the development of procedures and equipment used in the treatment of microbial growth in aviation fuels. David E. Newman David graduated from Syracuse with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He is an ATP who regularly flies his Baron on business. David has been in the fuel handling and sales business since 1982. In his "spare" time, David is President of the local flying club and sits on the Board of New York Airport Manager's Association as well as the NATA Airport's Committee.
